Shipping Policy
EKW Store ships eligible orders to the United States, Canada, and selected European destinations where shipping rates are available at checkout.
Order Processing
In-stock items are typically prepared for shipment within 2-5 business days after payment is verified. Custom finishes, dealer orders, made-to-order forged wheels, backordered items, or orders that require fitment confirmation may require additional production or handling time before shipment. We will contact you if an order needs additional confirmation before it ships.
Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates
Available shipping methods, rates, and estimated delivery times are shown at checkout based on the items in your cart and your shipping address. Delivery estimates begin after the carrier receives the package and are not guaranteed.
Oversized and Multi-Package Shipments
Wheels, carbon fiber parts, and other oversized products may ship in multiple boxes. Some orders may require a signature, freight handling, or additional carrier coordination because of size, weight, value, or destination.
Tracking
When tracking is available, you will receive tracking information by email after your order ships. Tracking may take time to update after the carrier first scans the shipment.
Address Accuracy
Please review your shipping address carefully before placing an order. EKW Store is not responsible for delays, return shipments, or additional carrier fees caused by incorrect or incomplete shipping information supplied at checkout.
International Orders
International customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, brokerage fees, VAT, or local charges required by the destination country. Customs processing may delay delivery beyond the carrier's original estimate.
Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Shipments
If your shipment appears lost, delayed, or arrives damaged, contact us at support@ekwstore.com as soon as possible. For damaged shipments, keep the original packaging and take photos of the box, packing materials, and product so we can help review the issue with the carrier.
Returns
Returns, exchanges, and refund eligibility are handled under our Refund Policy. Shipping charges and special-order shipping costs may not be refundable except where required by law or expressly approved by EKW Store.
